FAQ
Q. Are you still taking orders?
A. Yes. I'll put a notice immediately when I can't take orders; so as long as this website exists, I'm active.
Q. Can you buy from (this website)?
A. Yes. You don't have to ask-I can buy from every website based in Korea.
Q. Can you order items other than clothes?
A. Yes, of course!
However, I can't ship inflammable products or anything that is refused to transported by airplane such as spray paints.
Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. I only ship to Asia, Europe, North and South America, Africa, Australasia, Polynesia, and Antarctica.
Yes, this means I ship worldwide!

I have made some reviews of popular shopping malls,
but if you want to see others as well, here are the list of websites selling clothes.
Women's Clothing
Men's Clothing
Children and Toddler's Clothing
Footwear
Plus Size
Q. Does (name of a website) charges a domestic shipping fee?
A. Most website offers free shipping on orders above 30,000~50,000 KRW.
When your order is not big enough to get free shipping, you only have to pay 2,500 KRW~3,000 KRW for shipping.
If I have mentioned a website's shipping fee is ??? KRW for orders under $$$ KRW on the reviews,
it means they offer free shipping for orders above $$$ KRW.
Q. Do I have to pay any extra fees for paypal/conversion/bank transfer?
A. No, all extra fees are included in 20% service fee.
Q. Can I pay you in Korean Won?
A. No, unfortunately not for because Korean Won is not a valid currency of Paypal balance.
Q. Before sending you an inquiry, I want to figure out how much my order would be.
A. Here is the formula;
+Buying from single shop
Order over 80,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)*1.2/(Current exchange rate I apply)
Order below 80,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)/(Current exchange rate I apply+(15 USD or 10 EUR)
*Due to currency difference, the border price is 70000 KRW when you pay in euro
+Buying from multiple shop
Orders over 100,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)*1.2/(Current exchange rate I apply)
Orders below 100,000 KRW: (Total price in Korean)/(Current exchange rate I apply)+(10 USD or 7 EUR per each website)
Q. Is G-Market considered as one seller or each seller is counted?
A. G-Market is considered as single seller. They send seperate shipments to me, though.
Q. Is there any quantity limit of an order?
A. No, there isn't. You can order as many as you want. You can order only one piece, or even hundred pieces!
Q. I'm ordering from G-Market, and your quote is higher than I expected.
How did you calculate the total?
A. There is a thing called "option price" in G-Market.
Most sellers put hundreds of items in single page, but the items are not being sold at same price.
Therefore, there is an option price per different items. The price may be added or subtracted.
Please also don't forget the domestic shipping fees.
Q. The URL of my desired item does not changes!!!
A. 1) Right click blank space and click "Properties" on the bottom. It will show you the URL.
2) Press Shift and click the item page. It will show you a new window with URL.
3) Press Ctrl and click the item page. It will show you a new tab with URL.
Q. How long it takes for a package to arrive at your residence after you placed the order?
A. Usually it takes two to three days. However, if some items are low in stock, it can be delayed.
When delayed, depending on the website it may take a week to several weeks.
Reliable websites ship everything in a week.
Q. How much is the shipping cost of this, this, and that item to me?
A. How can I know, when I don't have the items in my hands?
I can't figure out how heavy they are before I get them and weigh them.
I can give you an "advice" from my past experience if you're buying only 1-2 items,
but if you order many items, I can't figure out for sure.
Q. Where can I track my package?
A. You can track your package at Korea Post Tracking website.
Tracking Type: EMS=EMS item
Registered Mail (RR)=International Registered Mail
Registered Mail (CP)=International Parcels
Insured Mail=International Parcels
*They ask you to install something, but you can ignore it.
Q. Can you undervalue my package?
A. Yes, I can, but only under request.
Please let me know the exact value in USD you want me to write,
as I don't know your country's custom limit.
When you ship with insurance, it is not a good idea to undervalue
because you won't get full indemnity.
I mark every package as gift.
Q. Is group order worth it? Will it make my shipping cost cheaper?
A. I don't really know that group orders are worth it.
1) Items from Korean websites are sold out fast, so while you gather people and wait for payment,
your desired items could be sold out. That happened many times.
2) Larger amount of items of course affect the shipping cost.
If a package is heavier than 2kg it should be shipped via more expensive shipping method.
And as I'm buying from ebay for many years, I found out domestic shipping fee in US(and probably other countries) is not very cheap,
so I'm not sure if you could actually save on shipping.
I think Korean post offers cheap enough overseas shipping.
3) Customs fee matters.
I can undervalue your package if you request, but you could still charged for recieving big packages.
Please judge yourself.
