An item went out of stock after placing an order. They called me and told me they'll give me a refund.
But they deducted 2,500 KRW because the total without the sold out item was below 50,000 KRW.
It was their fault, not mine, and as I was going to place over 50,000 KRW order, they should have had refund me the whole amount.
Lack of service.
Most time their package is well packed, but today a box was arrived torn one side.
I think the delivery company they work with are responsible for this(they are infamous company in Korea),
but as Rowky will continue to work with them I should mark down their service.

1) Most time I had no problem with this site and usually their service is okay, but when a problem arises it is slow and hard to manage.
Once I placed $400 worth order and $15 worth shirt did not came.
Asked them about this and they told me to look for it again TWICE, claiming they REMEBER putting it in my package.
It surely didn't came. Only after posting third or fourth claim I could recieve the shirt.
Do they assume that I was lying with $15 shirt while I ordered $400 worth order? Nonsense.
They also had to refund me for sold out item, and it took more than a week after claims and excuses.
2) Many people are asking me about their direct EMS shipping.
When they ship domestic, normally it only takes 1-2 days to process the shipping.
But for overseas shipping, it took more than a week until they finally send the package.
